With every bite, you taste the essence of these regions. Carefully chosen ingredients stir familiar memories – and surprise with new nuances.
Our simple yet flavourful dishes use seasonal vegetables from nearby farms, fish whose aroma conjures memories of coastal evenings, and responsibly sourced meat from local producers.
