Hotels near Vienna West Station: Which accommodations are particularly conveniently located?

Without giving too much away: Our location speaks for itself. The Companion is located right next to Westbahnhof station, just a minute’s walk from the subway and tram. Neubau and Rudolfsheim are right on our doorstep, the MuseumsQuartier is ten minutes away, and Stephansplatz is just a 7 minute subway ride away. And if you’re coming from the airport, you’ll be here in about 30 minutes by taxi or public transport. Arrive comfortably, get started quickly.

How do I get from Vienna Airport to the hotel?

Taxi The hotel is easily accessible from Vienna Airport. By taxi you'll be with us in about 30 minutes. Public Transport With the Vienna Airport Bus VAB1 you can get to the Westbahnhof in about 40 minutes, and thus right to our doorstep. Is there a direct metro connection from the hotel to the city center?

The Westbahnhof metro station is one minute away on foot. The U3 and U6 lines intersect here.  Stephansplatz is reachable by U3 and less than ten minutes.

It doesn't get much better than this. The Westbahnhof is one of Vienna's most important train stations, with direct connections from all over Europe. And from there to us? One minute.

Are there parking options near the hotel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the Parking Garage by APCOA ( Mariahilfer Straße 123 ) is directly across the Gürtel and only a 2-minute walk from the hotel. There are special prices for our guests (€20/day or €6.50/3h). Billing is handled through our reception at checkout.

Yes! There are public charging stations by  Wien Energie  right on  Mariahilfer Straße 136  and  Mariahilfer Gürtel 32 . In addition, there are 4 more charging points available in the APCOA garage ( Mariahilfer Straße 123 ).

Neubau and Rudolfsheim are right on the doorstep, the MuseumsQuartier and various galleries are reachable in just a few minutes.
